The staff are friendly, and the café and bar area make it easy to relax while taking in the scenery. Compared to the Skydeck, it’s often less crowded, which makes the experience more peaceful and enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting for photos, a date, or just to see Chicago from a new perspective, 360 Chicago perfectly captures the city’s beauty from above. "I recently had the pleasure of visiting 360 Chicago with my boyfriend in early December, and it truly lived up to all the hype from the reviews, photos, and descriptions. Although we arrived just 30 minutes before closing and couldn’t fully soak in the experience, even that brief time was absolutely amazing! The manager, Belle, and the entire staff were so sweet and accommodating, making our visit so enjoyable. They guided us on where to go, and recommended tourist attractions in the city. Of course, the main attraction is the tilt in which is really thrilling. It is truly so fun and definitely something to experience while visiting!! I certainly plan to revisit again for the full experience! The view was simply breathtaking and I 100% recommend visiting, whether you're visiting Chicago or even if you call the city home!"

"This was my first time visiting this location, and I opted for this over the Sky Deck after reading numerous reviews praising its superior view compared to the Willis Tower. The check-in process was smooth, and as person who visited NYC several times, I found the experience to be less overwhelming comparing to NYC sky decks. I had high hopes for the elevators, expecting some impressive visuals, but unfortunately, there were none. The view from the top was indeed breathtaking, but I must point out that the windows were not well-maintained. This made it difficult to appreciate the view properly and posed a challenge for taking good pictures. I also tried the Tilt, which was a pleasant experience. It wasn’t as scary as I had anticipated, considering I’m not acrophobic. The Tilt was the only place where the windows were clear enough to view the cityscape effectively. Apart from the Tilt, there’s a bar area, but as I mentioned earlier, the point of having a bar if the windows are not clean is lost. Overall, it was a good experience and a worthwhile tourist attraction."

"We debated on this or the Sky Deck (Willis tower, I believe), and eventually settled on this because of the unique TILT attraction of the thing. The building was beautiful, and the views spectacular, especially being close to the coastline of Lake Michigan. We went in the morning (10 am) on a Saturday to hopefully avoid the crowds, and bought the "fass pass" entry to avoid lines and waiting. Turned out, for that time of day, these were definitely not needed... Oh well. Once up (the elevators are extremely fast, be prepared for your ears to pop!), we had photo opportunities galore, 360 degree views of the city of Chicago, and the glowing sunrise over the lake. I absolutely cannot complain about the views, and the photographers were very nice and helpful, and we got some great shots of our own as well. We did buy the photo package afterwards, as you cannot take photos in the TILT attraction itself, and there were a ton of digital photos included. Overall I was happy with the price of the package, but the quality of the photos was not as good as I would have expected (low res, small file sizes). As for TILT, it was fun, but it overlooked the south of the building, and as we tilted out, we really only were overlooking a small alley and some other building rooftops. It would have been amazing on the west side, over the main Michigan Ave, or the east side even, over towards the great lake. They tilt you out, and you have to hold yourself up on bars above the glass for 30 seconds, think of a static push-up, then they lift you for relief and repeat. I know at least a few people that could not have held themselves on the ride. Last thing, they have a cafe and bar, but we didn't participate in either (early morning, non-alcoholic drinkers), but the gift shop was cute and we spent some time and money there. The location is wonderful and we took a walk back following the coastline out to Navy Pier, pretty nice experience. In the end though, I wonder if I would have liked the Sky Deck a bit better? For the price to go up, ride TILT, and fast pass, we spent $66/pp, I would likely just pay for the ride up next time for the view, or try Sky Deck for $32."

"360 is a top destination in Chicago. Highly recommend the city pass to get the ticket. The night city view was amazing. It could have a better view of the lake during daytime. It was snowing, so the windows were blocked by clouds of snow. Luckily, it was clear to see when the cloud moved away. The tilting machines cost extra money to get the view. The higher levels were closed."
