I suffered, you must too.

Get in another line for tickets, and when we ready to get in, told us need to see zip tie. They want us to go lone up again for the waiver, they have no way to check if you did sign. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. After waiver and purchase tickets, it 1 and half hour passed. And we need to go all the way back to get our waiver (zip tie) again, which is another 45mins. If we had not purchased tickets, we'll leave right away to other snow play areas. A simple solution would be to put up a sign at the entrance to let people know how this works (waiver, ensure you get zip tie after waiver, purchase tickets, enter) but non of that exist. There is one guy yelling to people to get in line and get tickets, and he only showed up around 11am, after they opened for an hour. Will enjoy other snow play areas in Big Bear next time. Not worth the hassle here. The management need to train their seasonal workers better. 5 stars as most people only read 5 stars reviews."
