a year ago"A great stop to walk a paved path along the water. Path continues to gravel to reach the end of the peninsula. Good for kids with lots of info along the walkway. Nice opportunities to sit and contemplate and snap photos of the landscape."

2 months ago"Very clean refuge and amazing Staff! Visitor Center is open Monday to Friday, closed on the weekends due to staffing. Yes, we need to pay FWS Staff more! Three fishing docks and three vault toilets in the Pennisular Trail; VTs are the cleanest we have ever seen! Beautiful area and 10 million dollar views of the Bill Williams River Delta!"

If you have your own kayak or canoe, you can park and launch close to the marsh which has a great view of different ducks, gulls, and other birds. - They offer guided hikes and education classes on certain dates. - The fishing piers are accessible for wheelchairs. - The bathrooms are very clean thanks to the wonderful volunteers!"

2 months ago"Beautiful hidden gem. It's a nice nature walk surrounded by water and great for all ages. The walk in the beginning is pretty standard. Once you reach the middle to the end it gets a little more challenging but definitely worth it."
