"Loved the history of this house and the family that once occupied it. It is amazing that this family donated it all to the city of Kingman. A must see if in the area Plus the tour guides are very knowledgeable"

"I loved the history of the Bonelli family and their home. The original wooden home burned and was rebuilt using 20" thick lava rock called Tuff. I'm sure this is why it is still standing today. There's much more I could share but I think a visit would make it more memorable."

"This was a fun little tour of the Bonelli House, and my tour guide was thorough and informative. The entrance fee was minimal. The house holds many of the original furnishings and was so very charming. At the end of the tour I was given a voucher for free entrance to the following: The Mohave Museum of History & Arts The Route 66 Museum & The Bonelli House **I'm not sure if this voucher is given to every person who pays for entrance into the Bonelli House **"

"One of the interesting attractions in Kingman is the historical Bonelli House ($2 suggested donation) which was built in 1915, representing an example of Anglo Territorial Architecture. Opening Hours 11am to 3pm (Monday-Friday). This century old homestead was built out of local tufa stone by George Bonelli and was used by the Bonelli family until 1973 when it was purchased by the city of Kingman. The exterior of the house is very interesting to see if you enjoy architecture. You can also tour the inside of the Bonelli House, being led by a local volunteer who will take you through various rooms of the house, explaining the period furniture available to be seen. Overall, this is a neat building to see both on the inside and out and is worth 30-45 minutes of your time if sightseeing in the Kingman area."
