"Great way to see the skyline. We went just before sunset and the view was just about perfect. I think I'd like to do it again at night to see all the lights next time, especially during the Christmas season!"

"Depends on what you are going to do at Navy Pier and how long you may be there total in hour's, the Centennial Wheel cost a little bit over $20, a 75 minute boat ride $45 or more, if you have the money to spare I'd suggest spending the whole day there you can have Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner all inside the Pier. Parking is $22 per hour. Starbucks, McDonald's, Children's Museum, Harry Carey's Restaurant, Reunion Restaurant, Billy Goat's Tavern and Grill, just to name a few restaurants. Plus Garret's Popcorn, it's Sugar Candy Shop, Potbelly, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and countless other vendors are there nearly everyday. My second most FAVORITE PLACE in Chicago IL. Only thing I like more is the Public Library in Chicago IL at ANY LOCATION. 3rd most favorite place The Griffith Museum of Science and Industry, Shedd Aquarium, Lincoln Park Zoo, Field Museum, Michigan Avenue Museum of Art, Broadcast Media Museum."

"The Ferris wheel was fabulous, featuring comfortably air-conditioned gondolas—perfect after a morning spent sightseeing around the city. It offered a relaxing break along with some truly spectacular views. We were even able to get a private gondola for just the two of us, which made the experience even more special and helped make it a perfect day."

"Agree with others, the price is a bit high for a short ride. I've been on taller wheels, but this is situated on the "upper level" of the building, so that adds height and definitely gives you some nice views, I think I saw John Candy over in Canada (ha!!). Anyhow, cool one-time experience."
