"The Chicago Cultural Center is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by breathtaking architecture and incredible details — the stained-glass domes are stunning and unlike anything I’ve seen in the city. The space feels grand but welcoming, and it’s perfect for exploring at your own pace. There’s always something new to see, from free art exhibits and performances to inspiring public events, so every visit feels fresh and exciting. I love that it’s such a vibrant cultural hub right in the heart of downtown, and the staff are super friendly and helpful too. Whether you’re into art, history, or just beautiful buildings, this place should be at the top of your Chicago list. Highly recommend! 🎨✨"

"This is one of the best free things to do in Chicago if you’re visiting. I was amazed by the grand architecture and the mosaic details. It has number of temporary exhibitions, room to wander, and beautiful interiors. I believe there’s 3 or 4 floors and you can access all floors using an elevator or if it’s not too much trouble take the stairs which is not a far walk. There’s also a gift shop filled with Chicago creators’ art which I recommend checking out."

"I absolutely love the Chicago Cultural Center!! Definitely a must visit for anyone traveling to Chicago, especially those looking for something interesting to do on a budget because it is always free to the public! There were two exhibits when I visited, both of which were incredible! The building itself is also just very beautiful so even if you don't have time to explore the exhibits, I would recommend just walking around inside to see it."

"Very cool space just across from Cloud Gate to wander around for free. There are a couple free exhibits and larger spaces for events. If you do find the glass domes they are really spectacular. Navigating can be a bit tricky so either look online for a map or take a picture of one posted by the main entrances."

"Only my 2nd time visiting and it was great! Thr SHIFT exhibition and there's a poster design exhibition. Soul poems i think that's the name. Chicago Teens make poster designs with soul poems. I might not be explaining it right. Anyway, I enjoyed visiting again."
