"My family and I used this service for our first visit to Chicago, and it couldn’t have been better! Susan, our volunteer, not only spoke perfect Italian, but was also incredibly generous with her advice and knowledge of Chicago’s history. She took us to places we would have never found on our own, and thanks to her “status” we were even able to enter spots that normally require reservations. It was a truly wonderful experience — I recommend it to everyone! Congratulations to the entire staff, from the organization of the visit to the tour itself. Everything was perfectly arranged, and to think that it’s all free… unbelievable! Absolutely marvelous!"
