"This park seems to have everything for the athletically minded. Besides a playground and a pavilion/shelter, there's volleyball, handball, tennis, and basketball. As for the trail, it's a paved loop around the park's perimeter - about 1/2 shade, 1/2 no shade. Bathrooms are decent."

"This park is amazing and has so much shade!!! I highly recommend! I forgot to take many pictures while there, but I did get these 2 and you can see how magical the shade is there!!! Such a great playground too, its clean and has sand volleyball and basketball courts for the kids to play in! Also bathrooms! Yay! There is a wonderful pavilion with a picnic area and lots of benches! It's the perfect park with the parking lot close by, so not too much walking if you don't feel like it!"

"Has a big kid play area and a little kid play area, great for kids of all ages. It seemed ADA accessible with the ramp going onto the playground. There's tether ball and a basketball court."

"There is a nice walking trail that starts in the northern part of Legion Park and loops around Drewel. There is shade and nice scenery before it loops around all the facilities in Drewel Park. Good place to take a peaceful walk."

"This trip was all about the playground. This playground seems appropriate for kids up to age 6 or so. Our 4 year old played for an hour and wasn't ready to leave. The park was very clean. The restrooms and water fountains are still closed for winter in mid-March."
