"Beautiful park. Lots of open space, playground for kids, and lots of trees. There's also a pollinator garden you can stroll through. The bike path on the south side runs from Juan Tabo along the park down to Morris. Walking path surrounds the whole park. Great place to walk your dogs (on leash, of course). Each lap around the park is ~1/2 a mile. You can walk up the hill on the east side of the park and watch the sunset & see the city lights. Also gives a great view of the Sandias from the top of the hill. If you play Pokémon Go, there's 3 Gyms & 10-12 Pokestops at this park."

"Nice park with trails up the foothills and along the diversion channel, bring a warm jacket for the wind. Two playgrounds and covered seating near by to watch the kids. Huge grass area with trees on north and south sides, gorgeous mountain view and a native plant garden to check out. Great starting point for a bike ride in the foothills."
