For families, the new Family Discovery Room is a game-changer—my kid was happily entertained for over an hour! The entire facility is pristine, with bathrooms that set a new standard for local museums. A five-star experience for both learning and fun."

Staff could be more informative about tickets and the mound and the free Hall of Fame that I missed because I was unaware of it and it closed by the time I found out. Staff needs to be educated. Staff is polite just not forthcoming with information."
