"Very quiet and peaceful park with a great view of the Meramec River. There were a few other people out boating, kayaking, fishing and walking. There are a couple of pavilions, picnic tables, and a portapotty."

"It has 2 boat launches for use. They ask for a $6 donation for use of the boat launches. There's no playground equipment for kids but you can take them fishing off shore or from boat. There's a asphalt walking/bike trail that leads out of the park, part of the "Meramac Greenway". There is 3 covered concrete pads located throughout the park with picnic tables . I don't believe u can reserve them but I may be wrong. I've rarely seen them in use. There's some bbq grills and port-a-potties near the pavilions. Early in mornings the park is frequented by people riding bikes, running walking for exercise. Occasionally there's married people meeting for flings since the park doesn't get much traffic except in summer then the parking near the launches are full of boat trailers & fisherman."

"Nice little park and lake. There are two boat ramps, with one being more shallow/suitable for jet motors. Even when it's packed, not a long wait to get in/out of the water. Great place to get the lake experience close to home"

"Looks like a nice park for fisher folks and boaters. Good views of the river depending on which path you're walking."

"There is nice access to the Meramec River here and great views. We saw people fishing and out in boats. The paved trail is good with lots of shade for a hot day."
