4 months ago"Family of 5 loved the experience! 2 kiddos even paid for upgrades to do another flight and to do a high flight. Reservations were easy. The flight guide, Hannah, was fun and gave clear instructions. The only thing I'd change and recommend for anyone with long hair is to make sure all your hair is under the thing you put on under the helmet. Otherwise, it'll take forever to detangle your hair. Lesson learned."

5 months ago"I've been wanting to do this for awhile now...so while visiting Chicago with a friend this past weekend we decided to go for it. Initially when we went, the guy at the front desk made it sound as if my weight of 280lbs was too heavy to "fly" (an obvious misunderstanding) ...so after that disappointing news, my friend still went and she had a ball, so afterwards they do some upselling and told us about a deal that we could get a second fly with 4 flights for a lot less than what we originally paid (could be used at any location and never expires). Also the instructor that helped my friend assured us that even at my weight I could fly, I would just need 2 instructors (at no additional cost) the original guy just didn't mention all of that....so, since we were going to be in Chicago for another day, we decided to take the upsell deal and come back the next day (because you couldn't use the deal on the same day). Came back the next day and had a great time doing it. The 2 instructors were great and told me I was a natural, and that they didn't need to hold or guide me very much at all....I definitely plan on doing it again very soon."
