6 months ago"Great restored old gas station in Vega. It is the two story model from the 1920s/30s where the owners slept upstairs and the station was downstairs. Only one old gravity feed pump on the premises and looking through the windows one can see old oil cans and such. No sign that it is open to the public or will be in business as a souvenir shop or anything. But glad just the same to see it still standing in one piece."

a year ago"We enjoyed seeing the Magnolia Gas Station on Route 66. This building is very well preserved and somewhat different from most we have seen. The two story construction allows for living quarters upstairs are perhaps storage. They also have a some other automotive memorabilia and a huge arrow behind the station."
