It’s So Hot in St. Louis summers, the water looks enticing; No Swimming signs posted. Fishing allowed (checking schedule license requirements for adults (they probably let 10 & under slide, but not you! This place is excellent for a walk, good place to start your own Mosquito Ranch."

These parks offer picnicing, playgrounds, soccer fields, beach volleyball, BMX track, baseball fields, and walking/biking paved paths. The roads and parking lots are black topped. Along the walking trails, there are frequent benches to rest. There are also primitive restrooms. No running water, but hand sanitizer is available. The walking paths are wide and shared with bicycles. On the Minni Ha Ha side of the park, the trails have two short but steep slopes that were a challenge for mobility impaired. The trails on the Stieren Park side were mostly level, much easier walking. The only real negative is that the parks are along Route 30, and there is a lot of road noise."
