And the “scoops” Root beer float - awesome first impression Fierce chocolate - fun, sweet, made us smile! Cotton Candy was the best!- introduced us to our new favorite thing (ice cream on a bun” Favorite flavors: Carrot cake, cherry, coconut vanilla, pineapple(mix pineapple & cherry-Oh my!)! Everything was clean, well explained, and easy to navigate, which made the visit feel relaxed and smooth. I especially want to recognize Chongos for her amazing attitude and service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we interacted with her. Small details like that really make a difference and elevate the whole experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something fun, playful, and memorable. Big thanks to the team — and especially to Chongos for the great service!"

Unlimited ice cream treats, super engaging exhibits, and that sprinkle pool is as cute as advertised. Perfect for adults and kids. Chicago, you did that."

a month ago"My sister had been to the MOIC in NY & had such a good experience, I decided to buy tickets for my sons and I, and we had a blast at the Chicago location! There were many int'l visitors as well. I loved the intro cookie sandwich, and the reindeer swirl and graham cracker ice cream flavors. The hot dog ice cream was unique and funny...would've liked a sweeter bun. If I go again, will have to try a mocktail or shake in the parlor."

a month ago"The place has a very nice concept. I like how they offer unlimited ice creams with a variety of flavours. One thing to note is that I was under the impression that the flavours would be more niche and complex or even unique but unfortunately they were more plain and simple. That’s not to say they were bad they still tasted great but I was hoping for a more interesting experience. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the city."
