"I will recommend this place (under the current owner Meisha) till I run out of breath!!! I called the day before my sons party, at the last minute, to see if they had any available rooms left, when I confirmed they did, I told the person I was speaking with I was going to give them a call back. I made some calls to my family members and when I didn’t call back in 15 minutes, she gave me a call back to see if I wanted the room before she shut the system down. I was so overwhelmed with planning a birthday party at the last minute and she did everything to help the process go smooth. When we completed the booking and deposit I asked for her name and it was THE OWNER!!! She was so amazing! Polite, patient and answered all my questions. The next day when we got there everything, on my end, was going haywire!!! When I walked in a literally started boohooing at the front desk because nothing was going right. The beautiful ladies at the front desk comforted me and gave me reassurance. When NOBODY was there on time and I started crying again, they were understanding and also let us keep the room we were in longer. They were AMAZING! Keisha, one of the ladies at the front desk, bought my son a gift that he absolutely loved. Her and her daughter checked on us, made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and NEVER HAD AN ATTITUDE! When I say I am in awe of them!!! All the kids loved the place, it was clean, safe, and educational. I cannot wait to go back!"
