5 years ago"They have a public library with wifi on the first floor and a museum of the old post office as well with flyers that tell the history of the place. Upstairs you can get an application to get an LLC. It's very cool historical place situated downtown. If you go across the street you can take really cool pictures with a neat background. Washington university remote campus is also in there on the bottom floor. Its always quiet and the workers there are very helpful."

2 years ago"It's a tiny, tiny branch of the St. Louis Public Library. Cons: they only have maybe 3 computers for public use. Pros: ALL of the staff are really friendly and helpful."

6 years ago"Not exactly a "highlight" for a tourist, but the Central Express Library is a good place to drop in, just to look around. For tourists who are fans of architecture, it is a pretty cool place to walk around outside, and check out some of the features inside. For city dwellers, it is a nice place to chill, and get to know the staff for a neighborhood vibe."
