Owner was very helpful. Would recommend it. This is not a KOA, but for 35 to 40.00 a night it has my vote we just need a safe place to park while traveling. This place checks all the boxes."

He is proud of his new 400 foot deep well and the water tastes great but not much water pressure. For showers we turned on the freshwater pump so we are actually using our own tank water. No sewer connections so needed to haul wastewater in a tote. On the freeway so some road noise, but convenient being on the freeway. Like most campgrounds today this Campground is mostly full time residents. He still has room for campers passing through and it is a fine enough overnight stop."
