"Beautiful place to escape the commotion of life, especially if you are near the ABQ area and need a quick break."

"Hitting the trail to pick up garbage. As we do on every hike. And just stoped and smelled the flowers on this beautiful day in New Mexico. Land of enchantment, absolutely... This spot is so nice and there's so many trails. Love it down close to the water. Always peaceful and full of wonder"

"This is a fun little dog friendly park that joins up with the Riverwalk along the Rio Grande. Many of the old dead Cottonwood trees have been carved into sculptures instead of being taken out. Parking is limited, but there are a lot of picnic tables for day trips."

"Nice place for hiking and have a picnic. There is only one picnic area with cover, the rest are not covered but by the tree. There is one restroom 🚻. There is also a small library too. Those sculptures are pretty!! We had a family picnic with friends by the riverside. We had to walk there about 15 minutes to get to the riverside from the sculpture area. It's worth it. We had a great time 😊"

"Good location for a two mile out and back along the bosque. You can go farther but that's my typical go to. Plenty of side trails for a more solitary walk or stay on the east levee for an easy jaunt. Biggest complaint is there are absolutely ZERO trashcans along the main trail so nobody cleans up after their dog. If CABQ would put out some receptacles more folks would clean up after their dogs. Hard to believe but walking three miles with a couple of warm bags of poop in your hand detracts from the whole nature immersion vibe."
