3 months ago"Out of 4,000 plus acres, there's plenty to hike and see. I like to test out my binoculars every once in a while, there's plenty of distance to gauge with. I went hunting this week for 3 days, hiked 20 plus miles, saw 1 fawn and 1 Doe (had 3 separate encounters with the doe). There are acres of fields, and patches of forests."

5 years ago"Loved this park! Parked in the primitive campground. 4 or 5 gravel spots. Some noise from highway 97, but quieted down as the evening went on. Saw an armadillo, heard coyotes and enjoyed the spot. Picked up 2 bags of trash to help Mother Nature out."
