"It's a beautiful place to visit if you have some free time to explore the area. I found it to be pretty nice and maintained. I would highly recommend bringing a fishing pole and try to catch some trout, I saw a lot swimming around in the creek. Don't forget to bring your pet along with you, looks like a great spot to walk the dog. I highly recommend visiting this location."

"Nice little park tucked in downtown Waynesville. Good place for a walk or jog. Near by is a playground with a sidewalk that takes you directly to it. There is a small fishing platform on site that is even wheelchair accessible. This park is a spot to find trout and bass."

"One of my favorite places in the area. Quite we’ll kept park. One of the best places I found in the area to trout fish. This is the place I spend a good portion of my free time when I’m TDY to Ft. Leonard Wood. River is full of trout and Bass if you know where to look and don’t mind a little hike or getting wet."
