We were originally going to buy tickets at the self-checkout kiosk, but the prices were pretty high, so I checked online and found a much better deal through Tripster. The tickets were emailed instantly and we walked right in with the barcodes. Before reaching the ledge, you go through a really well-done museum with interactive displays about Chicago’s history, architecture, and the Willis Tower. It definitely adds to the whole experience. Once you get to the Skydeck, the line looks long but moves quickly and efficiently. We actually got to go out on the ledge multiple times and take plenty of photos. They take one professional photo from above, then you get 90 seconds to take your own. At the end, all the photos taken of you get uploaded to a card they give you, and you can download a few digital postcards for free. Even though it was raining the night we went, the views were still breathtaking. It’s a little pricey, but honestly worth it — it’s not something you do every day, and the views alone make it memorable. We’d love to come back on a clear day to get more pictures together. Highly recommend for both locals and visitors!"

The crew members are very friendly and accommodating; they assist you with whatever you need. Make sure to get those printed photos!!"

The views from the 103rd floor are amazing. You get a full view of Lake Michigan and the Chicago downtown skyline, and it’s worth it just for that. The Ledge experience was the highlight. It’s exciting, a bit scary, and a must do if you’re there. We got some great pictures that turned out really well. One downside is the merchandise shop. Prices felt almost double compared to what you’d normally pay, so I’d skip buying souvenirs there. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it. Tip: buy tickets through Groupon or a City Pass. It’s much cheaper than purchasing directly and totally worth it."

Being able to look down at your feet and see 103 stories below you is absolutely wild! Plus, I have to endorse coming here at night once the city lights up. See attached photos for an idea. Absolutely a must for anyone visiting the city!"

The elevator ride up was fast and smooth, and then… the grand finale! Standing on the glass ledge and taking a photo “in the air” was just incredible. WoW! A must-do experience if you’re visiting the city."
