"Our team has a tradition of going to an escape room together every quarter during our onsite, and The Escape Game Chicago has become our absolute favorite spot. We’ve already completed three of their rooms, and I’ve booked our team sessions here in the past because the experience is always consistently great. We’re looking forward to trying the rest of the rooms next! The room designs are incredibly thoughtful and immersive - everything from the puzzles to the storylines feels well-crafted and engaging. The challenges are the perfect balance of fun and difficult, which really brings out the best in team collaboration. A huge compliment to the staff as well … the customer service is consistently excellent. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly, energetic, and genuinely invested in making the experience great. Highly recommend for team building or just a fun night with friends. We’ll definitely be back!"
