3 months ago"The Escape Game Room was so much fun! My husband and I have been to Escape rooms before, but this one was different! From the customer experience, the technology, and options. We enjoyed it! We did The Playground Escape room and I highly recommend it! If you want to bring out your inner child, while experiencing a challenge, then this is the room to do. Last, Chris made our Escape room experience so seamless and smooth! His demeanor was one of service, kindness, and competence of the options we have not only at his location, but the company’s other locations. Oh and I forgot to mention we were celebrating a birthday and after we finished our Escape room we were gifted free gift cards to enjoy the next time. We’re able to choose any room we’d like. So again this place is 10/10!"

We had a group of 10 - 12 year olds who were all playing an escape game for the first time and Ivy really helped make the experience an amazing time for all of us. Highly recommend the Playground theme for littles, it was a great time and the kids had a blast!"

a week ago"Excellent room. Special Ops! Surprises galore with the sweetest staff members (Vanessa,June) on our way to Big Bear for the weekend and stopped to play. Glad i did. Our group of seven were very pleased with this game. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Would highly recommend. This make about a dozen games for me now and they just keep getting better and better!"

We escaped, had a fabulous time doing it, and they gave me a bonus experience at the end for a special birthday treat! I was very blessed by Joon and Ivy. Can't wait to come back.
