"A lot of parking available. Nice playground on site. And a restroom. Picnic tables under a pavilion as well. The path is paved/stroller friendly. The path disburses. You can walk a loop or walk, cross the street and continue to follow it that way. I did and it was so beautiful. There were deer absolutely everywhere! Along the trail there is also picnic tables. Nice easy trail to follow."

"I have visited Theodore Marsh for years. It's a great walk on a breezy day because there is a lack of trees in the trail. It has a nice playground with a swing for bigger children with disabilities to use. My most recent visits were for family parties the gazebo is rented for a fee."

"Well maintained, has a nice playground. This place has trash cans throughout the marsh area. There are two paths at the start of the trail, first one the main pavement and second is a crushed stone path. Crushed stone trail is a nice short walk towards the east side of the residence, which leads back to the main pavement. The main trail heads towards Theodore, but if you want shade, you can take the path across Gaylord; which has pavement as well and a small cute residential pond. Or you could continue the walk towards Theodore (no trash can after the three joining paths), which veers east along Theodore, nice and curvy. This path ends when you approach Edgerton intersection, which then starts a new trail that’s called Joliet Junction trail."

"Absolutely love taking my 3 young grand children here. Open spaces, wonderful pathes. We all love the marsh, water, ducks...nice park... A definite favorite place to come to all year long."

"Playground is nice, pavilion with tables, restroom, bags to clean up after your dog, crushed limestone 1/2 mile path through the marsh. Pretty sunrise and sunsets."
