"I love this park. The only bad things is there's too many ducks. It's cool to see a duck here and there. But this is like infested with ducks. But I still love it, it's a great place. The fishing's okay, nothing big but it's a great place to kill a couple hours."

"Amazing park, always fun to come by. Large park with lots of green areas and lots to do. Lots of trees and shade and the grass is very green! It's also very clean and well maintained. Picnic tables and paved trails all throughout the park. There's a couple of playgrounds, including a really neat pirate ship themed one, but that one is usually packed. There's a pretty large dog park in it too. There's a lake with a walking trail and benches around it. And of course, there's the zoo attached! You can see into the zoo from the outside at different parts of the park. I was able to see a fox and a camel from outside the zoo. Very comfortable place. Overall, it's a great park that me and my kids!"

"If you live in Amarillo you may have experience the park and it's actives. There are thousands of people that have the opportunity to experience the different functions that happen throw out each year. Like any where on this country there are problems, but the park is not the problem it's the people that make the parks history good and questionable. If we can generate for the less fortunate to be treated with any real sense of respect our communities can be seen in a better light, and the City council can provide more assistance to the betterment of or city."
