3 months ago"Based on the "spare 10 minutes" review, I thought great, the Museum closes in about an hour, and I love little local museums. They often have info about the area that you wouldn't know otherwise. It did not disappoint! Great little displays on local natural history, animals, minerals, and spotlights on locals who were historic figures. I have heard of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, but all the others were new to me, and their histories interesting. I especially loved the minerals and mining sections, and the Native American displays. Animal displays, fossils, stuffed animals, bones, eggs, etc, were well done. Kid and adult friendly. I was there about an hour and could have easily used another 30 minutes. Alas, they closed! I think this is only a 10 min visit if you are a browser: walk through without reading any of the display info."

2 months ago"Cute little museum. We were passing through and stopped in here. Good place to take kids. Worth the stop. They were also having a farmers market in the parking lot when we were here. Check their web site and make an afternoon of it."
