"A great little water park to visit if you don't have anything nice near you. I took my family on a 2 1/2hr drive just to come out here. Luckily, we came on a very slow day, so all slides were open and there were no lines for ANYTHING. Nice little food court area and gift shop as well. A little pricey, but the tickets are all day, so that definitely makes it worth it!!"

"We had a BLAST here! Literally have no complaints. We went Monday morning and there weren't that many people there at the time. It was relaxing and our little one had a great time. He's 4 and loved the wave pool, lazy river, toddler area and water playground upstairs. Dad loved the water slides. Especially perfect for a kid under 10. Very small kid friendly. Everything was clean. Parking is free and easy. Staff was all nice and lifeguards were all paying attention to the kids in the water. 10/10."

"Great little stop along I-40!! Some of the pools are a little cold (as mentioned in previous reviews) but it feels great on a hot summer day. The kiddie pool and splash pad area (photo) are 10/10 imo. Could be a little cleaner and some things are broken, but it’s not bad for $45 a person and free (basically door front) parking. The cabanas look pretty shabby tbh, so idk if those would be worth however much they are. We didn’t try the food, but it smelled pretty good. I’ll def be back again on the next road trip!"

"This is our 3rd trip and 2nd hotel stay, Hilton in 2022 and Hampton this week. Overall we really enjoy the water park (parents in 30s and 8 & 12). The outside temp was 103° and the water felt fantastic, sometimes when out of the water in certain areas I even got a little chilly. The water was very clear and didn't have a strong chemical odor. A fair bit of debris had collected on the bottom of the wave pool floor, but that seems to be a normal thing. There was only a handful of families both days. I never felt overcrowded. We were easily able to find chairs and never waited more than a minute for a slide. Spotting your family members in different areas was usually pretty easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have two major disappointments though. The yellow slide (the toilet bowl) wasn't working both days of our stay. The fountain drink machine was also broken both days, so the only option was overpriced bottled drinks. The large slides have a game called SlideBoard that has never worked in the 5 years that we have been going to the Water Zoo. My husband and I are competitive and I really want a chance to get the high score lol. I've never seen the boards but the game base and computers are still on the deck. It's also still advertised on the website. While those things were annoying it didn't ruin the trip by any means. I really like going to this place and recommend it to anyone with kids, it's a quick inexpensive trip. A little hidden gem just 2 hours from Amarillo. We will definitely be back. Original review from 2019: This place was a blast. The kids and the adults both had fun. The water was warm and clean"
