It was a beautiful clean studio apartment room. Bathroom was immaculately clean. This stay had everything we needed from an ironing board to a wine bottle opener. Very walkable to everything we needed. Would stay here again if visiting Tulsa."

I saw 21 1/2 and was so surprised to find the price was comparable to the other rooms I was looking at. But Melody's rooms are basically an adorable studio apartment with a full kitchen and more room than we would have in a hotel room. The rooms are above a small pub an just a short walk away from other restaurants. The place was super clean and updated. The rooms are pretty safe as well, since you need a code to access the hallway from the street. Melody was also happy to supply a queen sz air mattress since I would have my kids with me. Staying here just really made our trip so much more enjoyable!!"

Literally places to go right outside the front door! It's an old building so therefore, it's not soundproof. Thin walls, you can hear your upstairs neighbors pretty well. This didn't bother me in the slightest however! Highly suggest requesting parking garage information if you're staying over a weekend. Street parking took around ~30 minutes to find, had I realized how limited the parking nearby was we would have parked in the garage down the road. If you get there before meal-time or on an off day, probably not as big of an issue. Would definitely (and intend to) stay again on my next Tulsa trip!!"

The location was decent, in the arts district but there are a lot of homeless people in the area so that may be a deterrent for some travelers. One evening, we had to step over someone who was taking up residency in front of the door to the building. But i never felt particularly unsafe, just an observation. Building is right across the Woody Guthrie center so that was cool to visit. Great prices!"

Maybe a few more rugs as the floors are hard wood and every step can be heard in other rooms. We were not aware of the nightclub across the street, but that was our fault. Our room was on the front of the building facing the nightclub and it was LOUD until it finally shut down. I still highly recommend the stay. It was walkable and there were restaurants and bars nearby."
