a month ago"There is a reason this place has such great reviews. Kim clearly runs this BnB out of a love for hospitality. The atmosphere is fun. The room was large and clean (blue room). I mentioned that it was my honeymoon when booking and Kim personalized the room. A nice surprise to arrive to. Breakfast was amazing. Parking and check in couldn't be any easier. Communication and availability is top notch. 100% the place to stay when in Flagstaff."

3 months ago"We had a wonderful stay at the 303 BnB in July. We stayed in Flagstaff for a few days before a trip to the Grand Canyon and thoroughly enjoyed this place. The room (the purple one) was spacious and nicely decorated. There were multiple spaces to relax -- a game room, upstairs and downstairs porches. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We did not rent a car and were delighted to discover that we could walk everywhere -- it was about 20 minutes to get downtown. The host, Kim, is the real deal -- kind, welcoming and totally invested in making sure guests have a great stay."

It feels like a home away from home, where we could relax during our road-trip. Would recommend it to anyone. 2 months ago"Kim made sure that we had everything that we could possibly want. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms very well decorated and clean. When it snowed, she made sure we had ice scrapers, when it rained she had umbrellas for us. We enjoyed the pool table, and gathering room to spend time with our International family members. I highly recommend 303 BNB!"

8 months ago"Kim is an excellent host with a very special, unique house! My wife and I celebrated a wedding anniversary and Kim made sure our stay was above and beyond expectations! The rooms are beautiful AND you have access to a special movie/game room, gym, kitchen space - plus your actual room is spacious, beautiful and fully equipped. Kim worked with us at the beginning and all the way to the end of our stay to insure we had a very special time. If you're looking for that unique and delicious Bed and Breakfast, this is that place! We highly recommend and hope to return sometime in the future!"
