AC Hotel Chicago Downtown

"We had such a great experience at the AC Hotel!! We came to this hotel for a staycation and wanted to wait for Santa Claus so our kids could receive their Christmas presents, and everything was amazing. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful the entire time. They truly helped make the magic happen so Santa could do his job. A big shoutout to Emily and Domonique for going the extra mile. The rooms are big and spacious, and the pool was great with the right temperature. The only thing the property could work on is the breakfast buffet—it only offers eggs, sausage, and bacon, so there isn’t much variety. Besides that, everything was perfect."

"My whole experience was off the chain💕💕 I want to start by saying Centrell has to be the best front desk person in Chicago, she was so helpful from the minute we walked in to the moment we checked out!! The guy running the breakfast A1 on his job very helpful and attentive to the guest!! We already booked for the taste fest hope to see all the same faces! "Walking distance to Magnificent Mile. LOCATION is perfect: It was so easy to walk to the New Year Fireworks even with kids! Cool places nearby are Starbucks, Harry Potter, Ice Cream Museum, and there is a Trader Joe's within the building!!! How nice!!! We bought snacks for the kids so easily. We walked to the Shoreline Water Taxi to get to Navy Pier and back. Next day, we then also walked towards the Architecture Boat tour is in the same spot by the Apple Store. And then walked to Millenium Park to The Bean, Crown Fountain, Route 66 Mother Road sign all the way to the Sears Tower(Willis Tower). STAFF: Consistently kind and accommodating. Engineering staff responded so promptly when our kids accidentally locked the safe . The staff in charge at the breakfast area are so kind. PARKING: Easy to get in and out the parking spots within the hotel building."
