I arrived very late at night after a long journey, only to realize I had booked the wrong date. Dante at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding—he not only helped resolve the issue smoothly but also arranged an early check-in so I could rest immediately. His hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a classic California style. The ambiance is both Instagram-worthy and relaxing, with clean lines, a serene color palette, and tasteful decor that reflects a modern yet timeless elegance. Everything from the comfortable room to the attentive service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and service-oriented place to stay. I will definitely be back!"

The Euro breakfast is ideal, featuring an array of wholesome options. The hotel's aesthetic is calming and chic, with well-sized rooms that are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and have useful amenities. I can work from my room every day with minimal noise interference. The staff is accommodating and friendly (if you get the Euro breakfast, be sure to say hello to Horacio for me!), and the hotel entrance makes grabbing Ubers a breeze. Waking up each morning with an unobstructed view of the city and going to sleep with views of the glittering nighttime lights are perfect bookends to my days, and I'll definitely continue to stay here each time my work takes me to Los Angeles."

a month ago"Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel is in a very convenient, walkable location. It smells amazing has great views and is very clean. The rooftop bar was a vibe. The staff is absolutely fantastic. My only two complaints are 1 for the cost I would expect the room to have basics such as robe and slippers, lotion and a shower cap and a basic iron. Also the multiple elevators to get around could be dizzying especially if you’re tipsy. Overall it was a good stay."

The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom is modern and cool but I’m not the biggest fan of the toilet and shower being behind frosted glass that you can see the shadows of people in it. It was just me and my sister so it was easier to face this issue. The lounge was okay, very minimal and has some steep prices. The location of the hotel is a complicated situation, it’s an easy walk to and from Crypto.com arena but if you walk towards the back where the metro station is, you’ll start to see a bit of homeless people/addicts walking around. One guy had sharp mirror shards in his hands. Overall, I’d stay here again but I just won’t venture outside of the hotel too much on foot. The staff and the location near the arena made it worth it."
