in the last week"The rooms were clean. Our heater struggled a little bit, front desk came right away and checked it for us. The staff is very friendly, they are polite and helpful. Anytime I went up to the desk for something service related the responded to our room quickly. The young lady working the counter selling things from the little store or the coffee bar was really sweet. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, they smiled, they offered suggestions, and even gave directions to my cousin upon checkout. Stay great guys your were amazing! We visited on 2/14/26 🤩"

2 months ago"Really nice hotel. And nice staff. When I checked it the lady was so nice and the workers outside are nice as well. Room was really clean when walking in. Beds are comfortable. And you are close to everything including food options. Everything needed was 10 minutes away or less! They had a pool and hot tube but only hot tub was open. They had a fitness and washing place inside. The only thing was probably the entrance was a little hard to tell where it was but other then that definitely booking this place next time I’m in flagstaff"

From the swimming pool, gym, bar, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities… to the reception staff, housekeeping staff, and technical support staff, everything is excellent"

The location is perfect — just a short drive from restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Not to mention a great pool and bar area. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, whether it was a quick check-in or getting local recommendations. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the sleek furnishings, comfortable bed, and updated bathroom with upscale amenities. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay near downtown, I highly recommend it."
