Its literally right at the beginning of the board walk so you can literally start from there and walk all the way down. Honestly you are paying for the view which to me was worth every penny room is equipped with a fridge and microwave if needed and the bed was comfy, washroom was a bit small but i didn't mind at all. If your going with a bigger group there Suite is located on the first floor which is nice but you lose out of the height of the view in my opinion. Overall i love this room and i would definitely book this place again when I come back"

I liked that instead of keys or key cards, you had to enter a code into a keypad to get into your room, and to get inside of the hotel after hours. The location was perfect because if you step outside and go to your right, Venice Beach is right there. I chose this hotel mainly because it was near the iconic Gold’s Gym Venice. Any staff that I interacted with was nice. The only thing that I did not like was that there was no traditional nightstand or night table near the bed. There was no lamp, clock, or no place to charge my phone near the bed."

No A/C but didn't really need one, the fan was more than enough. Great beachfront budget suite. I would say its not for people looking for a grand hotel with a bunch of amenities, great if you just need a safe and comfortable place to sleep and rest at between daily tourist adventures."

However, the soundproofing is quite poor — you can clearly hear people talking through the walls. If you’re a light sleeper, that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, though, it was quiet during our stay, so it didn’t cause any real issues. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable place in this area."
