a month ago"Let me start by being honest.. I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived to check in. After a long day of traveling, I was tired and just ready to get settled. Despite that, I was greeted by the nicest person named Marlana, and her kindness immediately stood out. Even though I know I may have come across short or rushed, she never once reflected that energy back. Instead, she remained genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. She made me feel like a person, not just another guest passing through and that kind of care is rare these days. Walking into an establishment and feeling seen rather than treated like a number truly makes a difference. Marlana alone is reason enough for me to return with my family. I sincerely hope she stays there forever because she represents the very best of customer service.
