As far as the hotel goes, it’s clean, easy to navigate and straightforward. I’d 100% stay here on another business trip and appreciate the hospitality and kindness from the staff 💯"

"Your staff is excellent. Al that I've come in contact with; Ricardo and Mayra at the bar are truly fabulous and have been taking care of me for years!! Karen, Rachel and Alonso are extremely friendly and personable, always pleasant and welcoming. I don't know Naomi as well, but she is very nice and professional. Maria and Chris in the kitchen are also very pleasant and very accommodating!! Luis is the best maintenance man!! Very caring and devoted. While I don't know the ladies that take care of the room, they always do a nice job, and so does the young man that I met recently that maintains the common areas. Lastly, Damien has always taken excellent care of me and answers my email requests promptly!! Overall, this has somewhat become my home away from home, especially in the last few months. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone? :). As I end my 15 night stay, I wish you all a very Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving. Might see you in December! :). Joe Petruziello"

"Trendy modern hotel with eclectic vibe. Rooms are simple and clean with a basic easy to maintain layout. Pet friendly which my family appreciates. Breakfast area is small offering limited selections but has vegan options. Their voucher system for getting Breakfast is a little confusing. You look at the menu in the nook, then walk back to the receptionist and place your order. At that time you need to order all your Breakfast choices to redeem your voucher. I can't go at 7am as I'm the early person and wait for others in my family at 815am. I either order for both my vouchers or wait til others in my group are ready. This is less preferable to other hotels which allow us all to eat when we want."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The level of service was impressive, with staff who were genuinely attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with great amenities that made my stay easy and comfortable. I appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest peacefully after long days. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a comfortable lobby area. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared each morning. Overall, the hotel provided a high level of comfort and professionalism, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I travel often enough. Not a lot, but when I go to a hotel, I sort of get lost in the comfort that most things would be taken care of. And they were. Really. But waking up on a holiday rearing to go see family and the shower isn't hot, well that just sucks. I know, first world problems. And I feel bad even admitting that. But again, just was hoping for a perfect start to a great day and it didn't happen. So, great hotel. And please, get the hot water fixed so no one else has to have that rough start."
