Be sure to ask for vouchers when you get to the front desk to check in we got two free complementary cocktails up to $15 that night we checked in plus we had a $20 breakfast voucher which did not suck. Definitely will be back would highly recommend this place front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating!"

3 months ago"The Aloft River North is our favorite hotel in Chicago! The location is perfect… Surrounded by incredibly great restaurants within walking distance. And the staff are incredible and make us feel so welcome. Jose, Thomas, and Kayvionne Remember our names and make us feel like family. The rooms are really nice and the Beatrix restaurant is wonderful. We go there for both cocktails and breakfast."

It could use some attention and love with cleaning though - nothing terrible, just some bed stains, dust, etc that I wasn't expecting. I would stay again though."

4 months ago"We stayed there for three nights and we love the location very much. The fact that quite expensive compared to standard, I think overall you’re quite satisfied with what we got. They may be able to improve it as the lights. It is really dark inside the whole facility. For your info come the front desk your luggage after you check out time. A female staff is really friendly and she even said they can her suitcase as long as we want."
