a month ago"This hotel was clean and the rooms were cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stairs are not suitable for pets so it's best to request a ground floor room if you have a pet. There is a good Chinese restaurant nearby but the street isn't the most pedestrian-friendly."

5 months ago"We had a wonderful stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Flagstaff! The Location on historic Route 66 was perfect and very conveniently located. Affordable, very clean, updated rooms and surprisingly quiet, considering its location. Owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even saved me from a wardrobe malfunction by giving me a pair of earring backings for a concert we were heading to! Everyone in our party agreed…we will definitely stay here again! Fantastic job!"

2 months ago"Yes this is a older hotel but no worries here. We had two rooms they were clean and came with things like the shower condiments, and a good grab and go breakfast. If you are trying to save money and not pay the high ridiculous other hotel prices then this Inn is great! I would stay here again for the money and room was clean."
