"Nice and affordable hotel. The room has been recently renovated, with a spacious shower, great lighting, and a pleasant fresh smell - no bad odors at all. Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay. The only downside is that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room."

"I have been at this hotel for a year-and-a-half. I am safe the owners make sure they see everybody that comes in and out. They have cameras on the property anytime of the day or night you don't see anybody just hanging around. I am safe here there is no bed bugs no cockroaches no mice nothing. They have housekeeping that comes in once a day. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a place to stay the prices are good but the safety is amazing."

"Do not listen to the reviews that say there are bed bugs. This place is clean, there are NOT bedbugs here. Yes it is an older hotel but they keep it decent. There are cameras covering the entire property, your stuff will be safe. They fixed the potholes in the parking lot. Yes it is a one way, because of the way the property is set up. It's not an issue, it's a simple quick drive to your room and back out. As long as you aren't disrespectful or loud, you should be just fine. The owners are friendly, the office is clean, they have a snack machine, washer and dryer for laundry. (the machines work good 👍) They are pet friendly, the floors in the room are tile so you don't have to worry about ending up with pet hair on your stuff from other customers. There's a big field in the center of the property if you do have dogs, they will love walking around and playing in the grass. Every single hotel has one issue or another. This one is very good and affordable"

"If you prefer a out of the way quiet motel with basic amenities at a very reasonable price well then I highly recommend it When I'm back in Tulsa I'll definitely return to this motel"

"The people saying bedbugs are most likely jerks that got kicked out for drugs or smoking in the rooms. There are no bedbugs at all. I didn't see any bugs for 3 nights. Room was somewhat remodeled but kinda musty. Front desk was nice and clean."
