"What a great hotel! The location can't be beat. The room was beautiful and so clean and comfy! And the staff was amazing! Every single person was friendly and helpful in every way, sometimes even anticipating something I might need. On my first morning, there had been a little hiccup in a communication that caused me some inconvenience and the manager and staff really stepped up to make it right in the most kind, professional and concerned way. I really appreciate excellent customer service and this crew and the managers really made an impression on me. Thank you ARRIVE! I'll be back!"

"We are recent ABQ locals and wanted to go out for NYE. This hotel is phenomenal! Such a kitschy, midcentury vibe. Our bed was genuinely so comfortable from the mattress to the blankets to the pillows that we talked the next morning about how we no longer like our own bed at home. Restaurant was great - a nice, consolidated menu with strong Asian influences. It was too cold for the pool but trust we WILL be back in the spring and summer. Not to mention they have a 24 hour desk staff that you can simply text for service. 100/10 experience even though it was just one night."

"The location is great and it’s gorgeous. It’s very retro and chic. We loved our stay and even though there was some hiccups we still had a good stay and will stay again. It was frustrating having to pay $25 to park on sight and we parked on the street and got a $30 ticket. They did not have coffee maker in the room and none to get early because we needed to leave at 5am. The overnight security was exceptionally kind and helpful :) Overall good stay!"

"Absolutely adorable in the design. I loved the room and it was dog-friendly. The toiletries were great and I truly enjoyed the attention to detail. The minibar was stocked with some of the top items which I thought was really fun. Too cold for pool and shame restaurant was shut when I arrived but friendly staff made us feel welcome and gave us tips for the area."
