This establishment is so clean, the concierges are so informative and helpful, this is a very secure location, the rooms are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the prices are affordable!!! Definitely cannot wait until we book, again. Maybe we will try a different room each time."

"First time at this location celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. The first night there was great. The lady working that night was very nice. But she did forget to bring me a bucket of ice and I didn’t bother about it after calling and asking the first time and waiting for her to come. The morning shift was very nice as well. However upon coming back another night it was different staff. It was a man and he was RUDE. He didn’t want to help or answer questions and just had negative attitude all around. Then after asking for why pricing was the way it was he went and told exactly what was supposed to be a surprise in my fiancé’s presence. Like okayyy I asked but the lack of care and to blatantly just state everything on my reservation rather just saying I had extra packages included could’ve been small and simple but whatever. I’ll put the blame on myself for needing clarification. Now.. we go the room it was nice and everything was cleaned EXCEPT There was strands of hair left in the tub which we cleaned out ourselves and continued to enjoy the room. LAST I called to ask about the stuff missing from packages I was under the impression it would be delivered to the room as stated on the website. IT WAS NOT delivered. I called and asked where the rest of the package was… the same rude guy was asking me what was missing and I told him and he said it was in the fridge. That could’ve been stated at the desk upon arrival and payment. How would I have known and I was waiting for them to deliver it. I had to ask for bucket of ice they said it wasn’t included in my package but I thought it came with the wine that was in two different packages. Anyways it was delivered so I let it go. Just the professionalism wasn’t there the second night we stayed. Nonetheless we DID enjoy our stay and loved every minute spent. Hope the next visit is even better than the last."
