"From the moment we arrived, Dan made us feel like family. His dog Rosie is so sweet and if she barks at you, don’t worry, it’s just because she wants to play! We really enjoyed our stay at the Benton Park Inn. We stayed in the Virginia Minor suite and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed including a space heater in case we needed more warmth (we did) and a ceiling fan. Note that there’s no TV in the room. If you want to lounge and watch TV, Dan welcomes you to use the living room downstairs where you can relax and play with Rosie. Each morning Dan makes breakfast, which he varies by day so it isn’t repetitive. One day we had an omelette, the next frittata and the next waffles. Overall, we had an excellent stay and sincerely thank Dan (and Rosie!) for his hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are in the area."

"We stayed at the Benton Park Inn when we visited St Louis for the Thanksgiving weekend. Dan made our stay very comfortable and memorable. His hospitality is unmatched like his pecan oatmeal waffles and apple French toast. His B&B is located very close to most of the popular St Louis attractions, namely the gateway arch, Budweiser factory, downtown, Union station, forest park and other various museums."

"My husband, daughter, and two of our dogs stayed at Benton Park Inn. It was a last minute decision to stay in St. Louis so we feel lucky there was a room available when we called to check. The house and room we stayed in were gorgeous with our bathroom having a jet tub. Dan, the owner, has a beautiful and friendly dog, Rosie, who greeted us enthusiastically. In the morning, Dan made a delicious pecan waffle breakfast with the most incredible bananas foster. Right across from the house is a gorgeous park for walking the dogs. Do yourself a favor and meet Dan and Rosie and stay in their beautiful inn!"

"I had a one night stay here, and it was one of the most hospitable experiences I’ve ever had. Dan is so kind and welcoming, he provided an excellent place to stay, a truly delicious homemade breakfast, and engaging conversation. Rosie (pictured below) was not quite so much the conversationalist (I get it, English is hard). She was very sweet, and so well behaved. My fiancée and I are already planning a trip to St. Louis sometime in the next year, and I’m thankful to know exactly where we’ll be staying! I cannot speak highly enough of Dan, you can truly feel how much he has made a beautiful dream into a reality with Benton Park Inn."

"If you haven't fallen in love with St. Louis after staying with Dan and Rosie, that's on you! My friend and I were in town for a punk show and spent two nights at the Benton Park Inn. Exceptional accommodations (ample space, the sweetest balcony, & I only wish my apartment shower had that kind of water pressure), breakfast (pecan waffles!), and company (Dan is a font of delightful stories, and Rosie is an expert greeter). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but there are great eats nearby and you're not far from wherever you want to be. We'll 100% be staying here whenever we're back in STL."
