The staff was so kind and awesome, they helped me get some young travelers to the airport in the middle of the night with the shuttle even though I wasn't flying. They picked me back up after I got the other travelers on the plane. The staff was a huge help to arrange all that! The shuttle driver, front desk, food service staff were all wonderful. I also enjoyed the hot tub in the cabana area, it was nice out there. All the petrified wood on display was really cool to look at. The hotel also had some really nice trees and plants. It felt safe at night and it was quiet even though its close to the airport I didnt hear planes."

The attendants keep it hot and fresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness center this time but I can bet they are great too. Thank you to the staff for making this time easier."

Netflix popped up right away on the television so Iwas able to continue a series I'd been walching. The bedding and pillows were lovely. But most of all there were good toiletries in mounted pump bottles by the sink and in the shower. The free breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful with a very friendly attendant keeping things fresh and replenished. Thank you Best Western for a great pre-flight experience. Now if only my flight would stop being delaywd, 😆"

When we got to our original room, it was extremely hot. The heater had been set to 76 degrees, and even though it was cold outside, the room itself was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was completely broken. This was especially concerning because my husband has asthma and heat aggravates it. I went to the front desk, and a staff member came to the room and genuinely tried everything she could to fix the issue. When it couldn’t be resolved, they upgraded us to a suite that was about double the size of the original room, which we truly appreciated. The upgraded room had two queen beds, a pull-out couch (which my son was very excited about), and a desk area that my husband was able to use for work. Extra pillows and a comforter were also provided as requested. While the AC in the upgraded room also didn’t work, the temperature at least stayed around 71 degrees, which made it more manageable. The staff member who helped us, I believe her name was Rosie, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly tried her hardest to make us comfortable. Her kindness stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but decent. There were no non-pork protein options, so I stuck with eggs and toast, but I did love that they offered green chilies. Despite the heat issues, the staff alone made this a positive stay. I would recommend better floor cleaning, but otherwise the room and hotel were clean, and the service made the difference."
