5 months ago"The pool area is nice and warm pool was crisp but not freezing the room had easy access to streaming features the beds were clean and the staff was extremely helpful and explained the deposit and the pet fees are extremely affordable and the deposit was released immediately I didn't have to wait the normal 3 days processing I usually have. I didn't stay the night just the day with my pets to stay warm and cozy for the day My bird and dog were both welcomed and shown care by the staff 10/10 the Best Western on clear lake is the place to stay."

The front desk staff was amazing!! The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again"
