Staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. Eggs, bacon, etc. The lady in charge of breakfast is awesome. Plus breakfast is in a very nice room just like older family restaurants. This will be our go to motel in Springfield. You pull right up to your door, so if you are coming and going, it’s like home away from home. Highly recommend . Fitness room, playground for kids. Great bed, streaming service. We loved this place. Very relaxing."

She gave me a password to a stronger WiFi network which was better for streaming, etc. She was great! Once I got to the room, the TV was much better quality then most tho it only had the basic channels. Everything worked (except the phone) and the room was mostly clean. There was a few specs of crumbs or something on both beds but sheets otherwise appeared clean with no stains. Plenty of towels provided. Liked being able to park in front of my room since it's all one story. I did have a random lady knock on my door at 1AM tho and then stated she had the wrong room. It's a very busy hotel right across from a gas station and Walmart with fast food around but it's a little noisy too and slightly sketchy. For $105 a night on a busy Saturday, it wasn't bad. I'd probably return."

Service (5/5) We left one of our personal pillows behind in the room. We called the front desk when we remembered, and they stored our pillow for us until we were visiting Springfield again (about 10 days later). They even put our pillow in a sealed bag while they stored it for us. This small act of service showed us that this motel cares about their guests. Location (5/5) Right off the freeway with lots of restaurants around."
