4 weeks ago"Stayed here for one night while we were in town for a NASCAR event. The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The best part, honestly, was Victoria. The continental breakfast was good, and Victoria, the attendant, was so friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting with her about the NASCAR event we'd been to the day before, which was a nice way to start the morning before hitting the road. Thanks, Victoria, for making our stay a little more memorable!"

Parking is also great as my car was parked under my room in view. Excellent location; everything nearby! Shout out to the Illinois sunset!"

3 months ago"We travel to Joliet Illinois every few weeks and have stayed at the Best Western on Enterprise Drive a number of times. And will continue to do so. It is the best hotel anyone could ask for. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly; the rooms are excellent; the breakfast room is clean and well-stocked. It has become our home away from home."

3 months ago"Room was adequate, and clean. Breakfast was good, Victoria the attendant, was friendly and helpful, not the norm in the North. Spent 3 days here so got to taste several breakfasts, eggs were average hotel fare but the service made up by being above average."
