The staff has no problem holding onto your bags after check out while your browse near-by stores/restaurants. Definitely a friendly team here to accommodate requests."

"It is not the closest hotel to ONT airport; I rode UBER and LYFT for about $23/way plus tips. The interior is kind old, but very clean, with really nice staffs. Room is quiet, never disturbed by neighbors in the night time. Hot breakfast is simple but good for early departing customers. The only disadvantage: I wish they can have USB wall charger or extension cord in rooms. Luckily I brought my own wall plug to charge my phone."

"So, I want shout out Gopal at Best Western on Ontario Mills Mall. It's very seldom do I see or have someone take care of maintenance of the small things and seeing that take place. It was very interesting and satisfying. Out with the old and in with the new on simple appliance, food appliance drink appliance, awesome job. A clean hotel, excellent staff thumbs up."

"We stayed at the Best Western Ontario for our Pure Worship Convention this summer. Every year we come to this area and attend our convention at the Toyota Center. When we arrive at our hotel the year All of the Staff was great! Our room service was awesome! We enjoyed coming to our clean room. It felt so good after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The pool was maintained and fully stocked with towels. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching our kiddo splash around in the pool. Even though we only stayed a few nights we woke up refreshed because the pillows and beds were good quality and we love a fluffy pillow!!!
