2 weeks ago"This is a great hotel in a great spot. Easy walk to Wrigley, just a few blocks from a supermarket and a wonderful breakfast buffet and staff. The annex suites are especially nice. Best place to stay in the area and not overly expensive."

5 months ago"Wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. It is great proximity to Wriggly Field of a short walk of 15 minutes and room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and elevator are narrow so be aware when bringing in luggage. Better instruction on website could be more informative. With that in mind, the parking lot to the north of the hotel will require a window hanger as part of your check in. Did not give a more service stars due to no interaction."

3 months ago"I was skeptical about a best western, but this didn’t feel cheap at all (maybe the towel and toilet paper quality gave cheap). But the decor, the friendly staff, the clean rooms, the working order of everything, the location are all excellent! Breakfast is slim options but enough to tide you over in a hurry"

5 months ago"Generally good for a 3 star hotel: Great location. larger suites available in the second building (2 king bed in separate spaces within room). Suites offer full non-tub shower. Alexa in suite Suites appear to have been renovated within last few years. Breakfast options better than average for 3 star property. TIP: By default, hotel will only clean the room every other day. If you prefer to come back at the end of the day to a made up bed/wiped down shower, simply insist at the time of check-in that the room be freshened up daily and the hotel should honor your request."
