It wasn't "company policy" to pretend to be nice. They were actually nice people. That really made our stay more pleasant. The exercise room is very good. It has hours posted, but as long as you aren't loud or disruptive, they don't kick you out if you're in there late at night. Good equipment, in working order, including a good weightlifting machine. Friendly people and a good exercise room that's usable in the middle of the night = 5 stars from me."

The room was clean but, the bathrooms could use a fan to get the shower steam out. Breakfast was a bit lack luster though. We've stayed at many BW's across the country. Breakfast at some was super amazing and then some were ehh. We would stay again but we would probably make a room request and would likely eat somewhere else for breakfast."

Becca said the price would be discounted, but it was not. The fourth day /night we left the door cracked because Husband was grilling just outside and a strange drunk man entered the room and tried getting into the bed with my sleeping 9 year old daughter. Sharon was fast in response to my call to the office. Other than those issues the place was great, and the breakfast was good, who doesn’t love waffles?! Oh and there are full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower that smell amazing! *edit to add* Jackie made check in super easy and enjoyable."
