Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center

"Enjoyed our night at this location. Called front desk to see if we could do a late check out which they can accommodate; therefore, we'll be checking out at noon today instead of 11. Rooms were nice and clean! Beds are so comfortable at a good length that is wonderful. I've stayed at other BW locations that indicates queen beds on reservation; however, at check-in beds are a double size. But, this location, I reserved the queen bedroom and got a 2 queen beds. Bathrooms are spacious. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand-wash, and lotion. BW offers hot breakfast. They display their breakfast menu placed right outside the breakfast room. You tell the staff what you'd like and they'll plate it for you. There are bagels near the beverage station that are self serve. Breakfast room sits probably 30 to 40 ppl comfortably. There's a computer with printer in the office that's available."

"Room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from outside and upstairs - if you are sensitive I suggest asking for an upstairs room. Shuttle was very quick at the hotel pickup and drivers were very helpful and friendly. We were even offered a ride to and from our car rental location. Breakfast was good, though nothing fancy. All in all a good value for the price."

"We have been staying here on and off for over 20 years and the place has yet to disappoint us. Very convenient to the airport, shopping, and local restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is on par with just about anywhere. Complimentary shuttle to the airport if needed. Great staff and the price is just about tight, definitely good value for the money."

"The hotel is not bad, of average quality, clean, the air conditioner is noisy, and there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It suited us for a couple of days!"
